[TowerTalk] Tailtwister Rotor wires

I have been using this exact method for over 20 years.  It's a good thing, I
would have lost the paper or forgotten otherwise.

I do my rotor wires in the following manner.  The two heavy ones in  alpha 
order (1 and 2) then the rest of them in alpha order (blue - yellow)
