[TowerTalk] OT: Exterior Ethernet Cable

I have a neighbor who fixed the little beggars chewing on his
cable....   he ran a new line and electrified it rather well... and....
well...  I guess they taste better roasted.

I thought there must be a better way to solve the problem...
