Good guy report!
 
I bought my Tarheel antenna back in 2005.  The internal mount  broke.  I 
called them and they told me to send back the defective  part.  Ten days later I 
received the repaired part...no charge for shipping  or the part.  This is 
three years after I bought the antenna.   It's hard to beat that kind of service.
