[TowerTalk] Best/Preferred Dielectric Fill

Flooding connectors is not always desirable, but if deemed necessary 
probably the best is the original which is Down Corning's DC-4 compound. 
DC-5 also works.  It's messy, but impervous to water, doesn't shrink, and is 
good well up into UHF.
