I'm looking into the SlippNott.  The heavier bolts were already in place.  Pinning makes me nervous; it's probably more reasonable to add some more friction before locking the wheels up tight ;o)

It's probably reasonable to expect to do some tower climbing after winds like the ones we've had, as well.
