[TowerTalk] crank up towers

1: I left mine up all the time. Took it down for yearly antenna and wire
maintainence. Also when a hurricane was coming close but that was the
exception.

2: Grounded the base @ three points.

3: Was able to put a Ham-4 in a W-67. Am ptty sure a Tail Twister will fit
in a LM470. That's a big honking tower.
4: Disconnected all control ines and coax cable when away or during summer.
Everything left connected after the summer storm season
