[TowerTalk] Fw: ICE information

I've been reading similar reports about ICE for as long as this reflector 
has been in existence.  It surely can't be the size of the company, because 
Dunestar, which has to be smaller, is quick to fill orders and responsive 
on support and customer service queries.
