[TowerTalk] Time to re-cable a Tri-Ex LM-354HD: 54' High Crank-Up, Tilt-over Tower.

Last year I replaced the Fulton K1550 winch, after the handle broke off.
This year I think I will replace the other winch, this time with a K2550
model and re-cable the tower.

What is the best source for the new winch and cable?  Should I just order
from Tri-Ex or is there a better faster choice?

If possible I would like to do the work this week while the tower is down
being fitted with a new Christmas star.

All help greatly appreciated.
