Thank you one and all for the comments.

I have worked with Karl before.  He helped me - 13 years ago - when I got
the building permit to put up the tower.  He is a great guy to work with.

I spoke to him just now on the phone and he is sending me a Cable Kit,
LM354E and the replacement winches.
