[TowerTalk] ICE finally replies to my mails !!!!

I don't know  .... I tried this week to call 
ICE  via the telephone  ..... tried everyday at 
various times trying to catch them either coming 
or going......I have an existing order since May 
and placed a new order (4613) on 11/27 and am now 
trying to call them to ADD to the order......It's 
all stuff I need to complete a ground system for 
a new crank-up....wanted it as the kids are 
coming in for Christmas so I could really use their help...

Don't know what to do.....So I doubled up on the 
order with duplicate gear from DX Engineering, I 
placed the order on the 11th and they shipped it 
on the 11th.... But still need the ICE order to complete..

Suggestions....
