I have a Sherrill "BigShot" arborist's slingshot. www.sherrilltree.com I regularly use it to shoot a 16 oz spherical lead sinker (with fishline attached) over 100' plus trees. It's not cheap (about $115) but it flat works. 73, Rudy N6LF
