[TowerTalk] rope launchers

I bonded a fired 30-06 brass onto the tip of the shaft.  By filling it 
with lead shot I was able to add some needed weight to the arrow.  I did 
manage to hit one tree dead center on the trunk one time.  The arrow 
simply bounced off and fell to the ground.
