[TowerTalk] Shunt Fed Tower for 80/160m

Need some advice on how to best approach this.  I have a 70' tower with Steppir 3 ele, plus VHF beams.  Have a decent ground and can add radials.  Would like one feedline for both bands.

Any recommendations for the open air capacitor, in terms of is value?  Has anybody tried an auto tuner at the base (i.e., Icom AH4)?

Your thoughts are appreciated.
