[TowerTalk] cleaning aluminum beam elements

Hello...I use 320 grit Silicone sandpaper(That's the whits stuff), use
anti-ox on the joints for all elements after sanding.  Then seal after
assembly with Krylon clear, use anti-ox on the joints for all elements and
all aluminum connections.

I use "bronze wool" with WD-40.
