[TowerTalk] UST MDX-589 Electrical Question - Thanks for the replies

My HDX5106 works just fine on 120VAC, however, I run 240VAC out
to the tower, and step it down when it gets there.  This is
done because it reduces the price and bulk of the wires by 4X.
With a run of 200 feet, this is quite significant.
If you are a scrounger (like I know I am) you will run across
free or nearly free transformers.  The price seems to be
inversely correlated to weight :-)
