[TowerTalk] Power rating of Budwig HQ-1?

Just solved the problem.  Bad RF1J relay (one of several used to switch 
array from 3800 to 3525.)

I had a lightning strike over the summer, and this was the only relay 
that survived at that time.  Guess it was wounded and finally died...
