[TowerTalk] Maine Contest Site For Sale

So we're wondering why this 200 foot AT&T tower, building and surrounding land are so inexpensive?

Anyone who has ever travelled to Washington County, Maine will surely recall the extreme poverty they experienced there.  There's no other comparable county in the northeastern United States.
