[Red Haines]

I requested information by email shortly before Christmas.  I was aware 
that they close for an extended holiday.  I received a reply with all 
the info I requested promptly after Jan 1.

I felt that the kind of info that I needed required someone to dig out 
some files and that an email request was more considerate of their time 
than a phone call would have been.  It seems they responded with similar 
respect for me.
