[TowerTalk] HAARP Lunar Echoes

Transmission and echos on 6.7925 heard clearly in Virginia.  Also heard 
the obligatory lids who had to do a little QRMing near the end of the 
hour.  Nothing heard except garbage from a digital BC station when 
listening on the 7.4 freq.
