[TowerTalk] HAARP Lunar Echoes

No problem at all here in southwest Colorado.  Very strong signals were 
easy to copy, even without a preamplifier.  With the preamp kicked in, 
the direct from Gakona, Alaska, HAARP signal was an S9, and the moon 
return was an S3.  To make it Tower Talk related, the antenna was the 
SteppIR 4L with the 40M dipole at 55 feet.
