Hearing HAARP direct signal barely above noise on 6792.5 kHz; echo is slightly lower in strength but discernable appr. 80% of the time.  

Noise S1, with bursts to S4, plus occasional CW QRM.

D40 rotatable dipole up 78 feet AGL oriented appr. NNE/SSW.
135 feet RG-213 coaxial cable
IC-746PRO with 1.2 kHz filter
