[TowerTalk] Transmission Line theory

I found a program called "atlc" (arbitrary transmission line calculator) 
by searching on Google.  If you can wade through how to use it, it 
supposedly will calculate the transmission line impedance of any 
geometry that you can draw.  Here's the description:
