[TowerTalk] Antenna Suggestions

I have received a lot of suggestions for my new antenna, for which I thank
one and all.
One question though; since I will be using a Crank-Up/Tilt-Over I wonder how
folks can get to the antenna when it is tilted ?
The LM-470 tilts such that when horizontal the mast is about 8.5 feet high.
A 24 or 30 foot boom doesn't get you close and forget the 38 foot elements.
 
What do you folks who DO have tilt-overs do in this situation ?
