It´s not, my KLM logperiodic at 30 feet quite often is as good a my high
monobander at 140 feet and I did that on purpose.
Generally it´s my best antenna for Europe.
It depends on the arrivle angles and a beam at that height has a very wide
vertical lobe, covering most useful angles except the very low ones.

How come you did not plan this ahead of time? 30 feet is a waste of money
anyway.
