[TowerTalk] Gin Pole

You normally don't use a gin pole for raising an antenna, just rope and
pulley is adequate.  Gin poles are for lifting straight up and above the top
of the tower, they are not meant for side loads, and not needed if you
aren't going above the highest point on the tower.
