[TowerTalk] Yaesu 2800 in Rohn 25 & replacing bolts in place

Can I replace these in place a bolt at a time with  new ones or is there two 
much downward force, especially on the lower  sections.  The tower is 90

    A little rusty isn't a big deal. If you're  worried about, go ahead and 
douse them with cold galvanizing spray paint to  retard additional oxidation. 
 
    I wouldn't worry about replacing them. The rust  just makes them more 
difficult to get off. If you take one off, chances are  pretty good that the load 
bearing part of the bolt is not rusty.
