Here's one more photo showing the helper (Bill N8FUZ) pulling on the 
rope to raise the antenna while I go up the tower.

Bill and the bottom of the tower doesn't show, but the bottom pulley is 
about 2' above the ground. The first set of guys (above me) are about 
35' up.
