Tom,
Each tower has at least one 8 foot ground rod, and the tower foundations are also Ufer grounds.
All guy anchors use eight foot galvanized steel rods directly in contact with the Earth. I do not have separate ground rods on the anchors.
Feedlines are grounded to the tower base.
I doubt very much that grounding has an effect on the flashovers. Each guy wire has many insulators, and they all flash over simultaneously.
