Apparently, my measurements were in the ballpark: I cobbled together 
an L-network that yields a match.

However, in the process I noticed that three of the four bolts that 
hold my rotator to the plate were gone. I could get two back in, but 
due to the wind couldn't get things positioned for the fourth. I'll 
choose a calm day, take some Loctite 242 with me, repair some broken 
control wires, and do it right this time.

Two steps forward, one step back...
