[TowerTalk] Hygain Tail twister issue.

Hi All,
I have a Hygain Tail Twister rotor with 400ft of HD rotor control cable 
with 2 14gage for the power  and the other 6 are 16 gage.
My issue is that it with disengage the brake but with not lock in the 
brake back in after turning.
The only way it will engage is to turn the power off and back on at the
controller. Has anyone else ever had a similar problem and might know of 
a fix?
