[TowerTalk] Pole steps

Another idea is to look at a good hunting supply house.  I have seen "tree 
climbers" which are a series of steps and bands/chain that allow you to 
climb trees for deer stands.  The bands have teeth that grasp the trunk and 
do little damage to them.  You remove them as you climb down.
