[TowerTalk] Rohn 45 55 anti climb

Or wrap the bottom of the tower in hardware cloth, wired to the legs.  Then 
use a ladder to get past it when you need to climb.  Simple, cheap, and 
effective - thanks Lamar (WA7LT) for the idea.
