[TowerTalk] Looking for winch to use on homebrew Hazer

I see Glen Martin sells some for this use. I wonder if anyone has used any other types for this use.
It can't be a free wheeling type. I guess it might need to be a braking type winch? Would a worm gear work?
I did see a guy with a worm gear system that had a endless loop cable system lifting his homebrew system for positive pull-down extra feature.
That type of system is used on the Glen Martin Voyager system.




Looking for ideas on winches for use with homebrew antenna hazer lift systems.
