[TowerTalk] Tower as a Vertical

Build a Hygain Hytower look-a-like.  For that you need 3 Rohn sections and a 
26 foot stinger.  If you look back in the archives of this reflector you 
will see info that I provided in the last 12mo.  Mine works on all bands no 
tuner required.  The hitch is, you need to put radials down.
