[TowerTalk] 75 meter antenna noise

Just wanted to second what Jim said.  Feedline de-coupling
will make or break a receiving inverted vee.  More important
than height.  I've seen all these effects in on air testing.
Jim's chokes will be effective.  Some other chokes aren't.
