Ballpark rule of thumb -> Force (lbs/sq ft) = (wind speed, mi/hr)^2/391

(or 400.. if you're doing it in your head)

So.. 20 mi/hr is about 1 lb/sf
      40 mi/hr is about 4 lb/sf
      80 mi/hr is about 16 lb/sf
     100 mi/hr is about 25 lb/sf

your question, 180 lb @ 75 mi/hr.. about 10 sf  (to 1 significant figure)
