That's a pretty small run.  I'd go with some 7/8 hardline for the  antenna 
for 10/15/20 ( this stuff can be picked up surplus pretty cheap) , and  some 
decent coax for the 40/80 stuff.  If you can afford a separate run for  80, do 
that too.
 
The above only applies if you are a contester and want to do SO2R.  If  you 
just want to DX get some good quality coax or hardline and go with the  single 
run.
