[TowerTalk] Gin pole use instructions

I know what you mean. I had a home made gin pole and it wasn't easy to slide
the pole down within the clamp, so like you I was trying to get the gin pole
in position with the securing clamp near the bottom of the pole. The made it
unwieldy and likely to topple. It made it easier to have two of us on the
tower to get this homemade gin pole in position each time. Sliding the pole
down within the clamp should make it a lot easier and stable.
