[TowerTalk] Phillistran

On my 80' 45G I used HPTG6000 at the top and HPTG4000 at the 40' point. 
Maybe overkill, but the price difference wasn't that much and PS is so 
light the extra weight didn't mean anything. The 15' anchor tails for 
all six guys were 1/4" EHS. I'm sold on Phillystran, I will never use 
all-EHS guys again.
