I am totally amazed (and I should be on 40 working cqww now) but only 
one response mentioned the most bang for the buck ie the sloping land to 
salt water in all directions and absolutely no one has mentioned the 
K9DX 9square 160 array.  I'd be happy with a set of 1/4 wave verticals 
for each band on a seashore and a P5 call.  By the time I had worked all 
the deserving I'd be too tired to play radio any longer for a very long 
time.
