I wouldn't think it'd be a good idea but if done it'd be one whopping 
big and expensive turnbuckle.  With 3, 4,000# guys it'd need to be 
capable of 12,000# and working under 1,200# tension... And don't forget 
to safety wire it with cable of at least 12,000# test.
