[TowerTalk] Connector Assembly

Neat tool. I can't see myself using the assembly tool but the 
companion cable stripper would be handy if you were building a bunch 
of cables.

I have a new tower with 3 runs of 9913F7. Between those connectors 
plus a few new jumpers and patch cables I was wishing for a little 
better way to strip and prepare the ends.
