[TowerTalk] Rohn Tap in Base?

I don't know the part numbers but it is called a "drive in base." 
There is one with a plate and a single rod in the center and another 
with a plate and three rods. I imagine anywhere you can buy Rohn tower 
sections can get them. I have no idea how well they work, etc.
