[TowerTalk] skirt wires on a tower

Greetings,

Sorry if this has been asked, but any URL references would be appreciated.
 I did Google this but did not find what you describe, at least not with
pics or drawings.

I have 80 foot tower with an 8 element log on top and thought this might
work for 80 and 160.
