[TowerTalk] Programming instructions for M2 Orion 2800 / R2800P-A controller

I have the manual, but the programming instructions leave a lot to be
desired.  In the programming table on page 5, there are several sentences
that just end abruptly.

Does anyone have the complete instructions?
