Hi Mike -- totally agree.

I wonder if anyone has modeled one of these things?  If it's really both 
horizontally and vertically polarized (not circular) then it has to be 
poorer that a similar number of elements in one polarization.  (Although 
after a few reflections it might actually help since polarization changes.)

Thoughts?
