Thanks to Dave for the quotation, and for the information from the maker. 
However, it raises more questions.
The definition of "Time Diversity" says that it is a means of increasing 
accuracy by sending the same information over the same channel at different 
times. How is his done?
The reciprocity rule for antennas says the work the same going out as coming 
in. Does this gadget also do this?
An inquiring mind wants to know.
