[TowerTalk] Upgraded Plastic Owl

My neighbor has 90' up, loaded with VHF stuff up top. For whatever
reason, the birds like his antennas more than mine, but they seem to aim
for the antennas with more [smaller] elements. He has a beam for 440 that
is just about useless now; every so often I find elements while mowing the
lawn from the birds. 3 and 4ele stuff here (and even a 13ele 2m) don't
seem to get much bird traffic, and neither does his skyhawk. I guess
thats the neighborhood 90' 25g "upgraded plastic owl".
