Tom offers great advise...also, contact the Police and Fire Chief to see if
there is a volunteer group of hams that provide Auxiliary Communications
Services (ACS)like RACES or ARES. If you are lucky you can get one or both
of the chiefs to support your request based on the ACS needs of the
jurisdiction.

Thought someone may have a need for this.
For sale, following items all in good shape: 
8 sections Rohn 25G, 1 tapered top section, 755' 1/4" EHS guy cable,
3  3-hole equalizer plates, 6  #504 insulators, 1  torque bar/guy bracket
assembly, 6 e&e 1/2" x 12" turnbuckles, tailtwister rotor & control box
(refurbished by Norm's in '07), Ameritron RCS-4 switch, Force 12 C-3 beam, 1
AS-25G rotor shelf plate. PACKAGE DEAL FOR ALL ITEMS $1650.00. I am making 2
trips from Green Bay, WI to Urbana, Illinois in early May and again in June,
could deliver anywhere along that route for no charge (Hwy 43, 94, 294, 57).
