[TowerTalk] Rohn 25 tower install

        Current Rohn specs let you  be 15 feet or so above the top 
housebracket so yes, you need to guy the top of  the tower. I don't know what your 
local windspeed conditions or proposed antenna  load is so that might come 
into play too.
